Commissioning of SOLAR INVERTER SYSTEM for THONDI PHC

DIVYA PRERNA FOUNDATIONis a Public Charitable Trust, based in Chennai, established on the 15th July 2011. DPF attempts to promote - sustainable living, in harmony with nature, along with the enrichment of the body, mind & intellect, helping to seek spiritual enlightenment by Divine Inspiration.
As a part of our Mission for Sustainable Living, we donate & install Solar Powered Systems in Public Access locations, to demonstrate & promote the wider use of renewable energy systems.
DPF is proud to announce the commissioningof its 29th Project (DPF P-29), the Solar Inverter System for THONDI PHC in Ramanathapuram District, TN
SELCO SOLAR LIGHT (P) Ltd, BG vide letter dt 21 Nov 2022, from Mr Nambirajan, Senior Manager (CSR & Outreach)) requested for DPF’s participation, with SELCO INDIA in their Health Sector Interventions, for Solar Inverter System to provide Electricity for the Primary Health Center in THONDI, in Ramanathapuram District of TAMILNADU.
T The total project cost of 5.45 Lakhs was shared by SELCO Foundation & Divya Prerna Foundation. The orders for the solar equipments were placed by DPF on 3rd DEC 2022 & the supply, installation, testing & commissioning was successfully executed by SELCO SOLAR, BG by mid January 2023.
The Solar system consists of Solar Module of 335 Wp/24V - 18 Nos & 10 battery sets of 180 Ahr/12V each, and a Solar Power Control Unit (PCU) with MPPT Technology of 7.5 KVA, 6KW,120V was provided, along with all accessories.
After successful commissioning, the complete electric load of the Primary Health Center, is taken over by the Solar System, providing reliable & stable electricity to the PHC, covering Reception, Consultation, Diagnostics, Operations Room, Medicine storage Deep Freezers etc.

DPF is proud of participating in providing stable & reliable Electricity to this Rural PHC, in THONDI, which was once a busy sea port of the renowned Pandiyan Kingdom of TamilNadu’
